We are thrilled to announce we’ll be running our Teen, Advanced, Ageless Style, Fashion Parties, Confidence Coaching & Photo Sessions in Victoria BC!
Need to reenergize, have FUN & develop a few NEW skills in your life?
Have you always loved style, devoured fashion magazines, been curious about the latest beauty trends, wondered how to do your makeup, wanted to learn different ways of styling your hair, try some DIY skin care, or been curious about the best ways to eat nutritionally? Maybe you have always wanted to try your hand at walking like a model, posing comfortably in front of a camera or even giving a presentation without freaking out? Then you are in the right place. No height or weight restrictions are necessary. These are all great basic skills that will benefit you for the rest of your personal and career life, and they are FUN to learn while you create NEW lasting friendships, contacts & connections.
OUR Studio and coaching opportunities
Below are photos of the gorgeous studio where we hold our classes and descriptions of what we cover in our coaching classes. We have access to a beautiful naturally lit photography/videography studio and the jaw dropping GARDEN LOUNGE where we host your graduation ceremony where you can show off your new skills to family and friends. After 22 years as a Runway Model and Fashion Stylist, I have a wardrobe selection of clothing, shoes, scarves, and hats that you can use if you choose the option of doing a photosession. With our coaching classes we’ll be bringing in working professionals from the Art/Film/Fashion/Music career fields so you can get a feel for what it is that really lights you up most. Teen Style
Posh Poise creates FUN Teen Fashion Style sessions for young teens between the ages of 12-15 and 16-18. Are you/they a natural performer? perhaps a dancer? an actor? Are you/they the class clown, or always deep in fashion magazines? have you/they always been interested in style and fashion but have never given yourself permission to try it out?
Posh Poise Teen sessions help with the following:
- Build Confidence and Self-esteem
- Develop lifelong skills and inner talents
- Discover and pursue your passions
- Create lasting relationships with new friends
- Find and nurture your inner beauty.
- Prepare you in a great way for a fulfilling life
Our Teen Fashion Style sessions are fun & fabulous. Participants have the opportunity to develop lifelong skills and learn from hands-on experience and guidance from our team of working professionals in Art/Film/Fashion/and Music.
OUR COACHES WILL TEACH:
- Health, fitness, and nutrition
- Make-up and hairstyling techniques
- Posing and photo movement skills, as well as confidence in front of a camera
- How to hold yourself with Poise & Posture
- A range of skills and techniques for public speaking, improvisation, and acting
- Positivity and self-confidence
- DIY hand scrubs, face masks, and healthy snack prep
The Teen Fashion Style program runs once a week for 8 weeks for 4-8 participants on Sundays for 2 hrs from 1pm– 3pm. We also offer a professional photoshoot with our inhouse photographers, at an additional cost. Photo prints are extra.
Coaching ends with a graduation Fashion Show for family & friends and a Certificate Ceremony.

Advanced Style
Posh Poise created Advanced Fashion Style sessions for participants between the ages of 12-15 and 16-18 that really want to take their confidence, self development and life skills to the next level. This coaching takes all the skills you learned in Teen Fashion Style and dials it up a notch to open yourself up to greater opportunities. Perhaps you even enjoy the process so much that you may consider the Fashion Arts as a full time profession.
Posh Poise Advanced sessions help with:
- Building even more Confidence and Self-esteem because the program is longer
- Developing more lifelong skills and inner talents because you have more time to do so
- Discovering even more of your passions
- Creating lasting relationships with friends, contacts & business connections
- Expansion of nurturing your self development
- Preparing youself in a greater way for a fulfilling life and career opportunities
Our Advanced Fashion Style sessions are transformative. Participants have the opportunity to dive into their newly developed skills and learn directly from our team of Award winning professionals in the fields of Art, Film, Fashion, Music, Dance & Entertainment.
OUR COACHES WILL TEACH ENHANCED:
- Health, fitness, nutrition and healthy foods
- High end Fashion Makeup and Hair Styling
- Skin care and Mani/Pedi care
- Posing and photo movement skills, as well as confidence in front of a camera
- Walking with confidence, poise & posture
- A range of skills and techniques for public speaking, improvisation, and LIVE Video
- Positivity and self-confidence
- DIY hand scrubs, face masks, and skin care
- How to handle yourself at an Interview
- Fashion Show Creation/Production
- Back stage dresser coaching for Fashion shows
- How to connect and get work in any industry
- Introduction to Industry Professionals
The Advanced Fashion Style program runs once a week for 12 weeks for 4-8 participants on Sundays for 2 hrs from 3:00pm – 5pm. We also offer a professional photoshoot with our inhouse photographers, at an additional cost. Photos extra.
Coaching ends with a graduation Fashion Show for family & friends and a Certificate Ceremony.

Ageless Style & Fashion Parties
Posh Poise Ageless Style sessions are for participants that are 19 yrs Plus. Again as with the Advanced Fashion Style sessions, this coaching is for participants that really want to take their confidence, self development and life skills to the next level. You may want to further develop yourself to open yourself up to greater life and career possibilities. Let’s face it, it’s just FUN getting together and exploring all these things and having a good laugh at the same time while building more self development skills and confidence with friends.
Posh Poise Ageless Style sessions help with:

Our Ageless Style sessions are truly transformational. You will feel like a changed person at the end of this coaching especially if you elect to participate in the photo session. People that have experienced a professional photo session have said it’s been life affirming & powerful.
OUR COACHES WILL TEACH ENHANCED:

The Ageless Style program runs once a week for 10 weeks for 4-8 participants on Wednesday nights for 1.5 hrs from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. As mentioned we offer an optional professional photoshoot experience with our inhouse photographer, with makeup, hair & styling, at an additional cost. Printed Showcase photo extra. We HIGHLY recommend this experience to our Ageless Style participants.
Coaching ends with a graduation Fashion Show for family & friends and a Photo Showcase Event
FASHION PARTIES – this is a fun 4 hr min, 3-5 person ages 12+ yrs Custom Birthday Party or Celebration Photosession experience. Pre Wardrobe Styling Zoom session, Makeup, Hair, and Photo movement coaching included. Please CONTACT us to discuss your special occasion and what we can design & create for YOU and your friends!
